Oh my lord. I've never known you without it.. I was there when you grew it in the first place. I'm looking forward to seeing you without it I suppose. But... what will the cats play with now? Perhaps you'll have to start carrying a feather on a string in your pocket or something. It'll be alright. Life and hair styles do morph over the years. Mr Braids had a long good run.

Compared to when one of my cats bit off a big chunk of my braid a few years ago (early in my days of going bald), what was left this time was pretty unimpressive.... I've already sorta forgotten where I've put this little remnant, but I think I'll survive without it.
